People at Burdick are super nice. I did feel for this recent service the labor cost was steep especially for the check engine light diagnostic. (~$170)

Burdik auto solutions was recommended to me by a friend and I’m very pleased with the experience with them. My car is an older car , having a number of problems and they helped me to have a real clear picture of the situation . I’m very happy with the honesty , professionalism , courtesy, no push just help me to know what is best for me. I’ve decided not to proceed with the repairs due to the low value of my car. When needs arrive in the future, definitely I’ll go back to them . Cameron beside Lewis (not sure if spelled correctly), Joe and others that I’ve spoken with, were very honest, friendly, definitely professionals etc . All in all I highly recommend Burdik bunch. Burdick Automotive…I can’t say thank you enough! Everyone that is part of this company knows how to treat a customer and is 100% genuine. They not only care about the quality of work they put into fixing or maintaining your vehicle, but also how they speak to and treat you. They listen to my concerns, are genuine in their response, and have the mentality of always making it right or fixing the customers problem. I’m so thankful I have a company I can trust fully and for a group of people that are wonderful and kind. Repeat customer and wouldn’t go anywhere else…not even for an oil change. P.S. driving me home and picking me back up to get my car when they were done is customer service UNMATCHED!! Thank you for driving Miss Daisy! 😊

They drop you off and come get you for pickip of your vehicle. Work was done very fast and the mechanic kept in touch by text. I appreciated the extra touches.

Clean - Fast - Friendly and fair!

I was referred to Burdick through another Autor epair business. My first impression was how they paid attention to your concerns, they actually listen! They went step by step to explain what they could do to attempt to help you, not pushing things on you to make money, but they put my concerns first. If they couldn't service my car I can pick it up, no problem. That's exactly 💯 what happen. I would highly recommend them if want someone to be honest with .As a woman walking into some thes Auto repair can be scary and uneased,because we're taken advantage of sometimes. Great If you need to be overcharged and wait. They don’t need your business, their prices and service demonstrated that for me. Brought my car in for evaluation as my AC was not blowing cold anymore. I expected to be called the next day and told that they could try replacing whatever was broken but that might lead to other issues and more parts would need to be replaced or it might lead to other repairs. Instead I had to call them to check on when my car was going to be checked out. For two days I called at the end of the day and told “oh the tech is working on it right now, he’ll write up the report and talk to you about it then.” I then got an invoice to have my entire AC system replaced, 5k in parts and another 3k in labor. I was charged $129 for “diagnostics” just having them draw up the estimate and point out every little thing that they can charge me for switching out when I was referred there cause their website offers a special for $69 diagnostics special. This facility is obviously been optimized to work in this capitalist society we have going. Lying and then overcharging. I suggest looking elsewhere.
