I cannot stress enough how positive my experience was with Burdick Automotive Solutions. I live in Alabama and my daughter was living in nearby Allen, doing an internship for the summer. Her car broke down, and as her dad I had to find a repair shop to tow her car to for repair. At first I did the easy thing, having it towed to a dealership…big mistake. They told me I needed a very expensive repair. I knew I needed a second opinion, so I researched other shops in McKinney and prayed God would lead me to the right one. Something about Burdick felt right, and when I called from Alabama I talked to Luis over the phone. After a detailed conversation about my problem, I knew I’d found the one. I flew in for one day, having researched seven shops in the area before landing. In short, I had one shot to get it right while out there in Dallas. Luis, Jimmy, Lee, Adam, Cameron and the whole team there treated my situation like it was the only car they had in the shop. They knew what I had been told at the other place, and knew I was expecting an expensive repair. But they did not take advantage of that. They carefully diagnosed my issue, and as it turned out I did not even need the expensive repair the dealership told me I needed (shocker). My daughter’s car was back at her apartment by the end of the day. In conclusion, Burdick was literally an answer to prayer, and I’ll probably tell this story the rest of my life. They treated me like family, and operated with the kind of honesty that makes you erase any other possibility when thinking about where to take your car for repair. If I lived within 100 miles from McKinney, TX I’d drive there to let them work on my vehicles, exclusively. Sorry for the length of this, but it was just an amazing experience, and the guys at Burdick deserve as much praise as I can give them.

I CAN NOT express how IMPRESSED I am with this mechanic shop, they are courteous, kind, understanding, and so helpful with my questions and concerns. NO PRESDURE SALES TACTICS LIKE MOST SHOPS!!! Great company with Great people!!! They even shuttled me for free to pick up my suv. As a mom of a special needs teen and having only 1 vehicle, they got me in and out and even had options for payment plans for my vehicles work. I even referred my grandmother, and that right thete shows my trust in their work!!! THANKS AGAIN, Cameron,Leslie,Adam, and all the techs that worked on my ride. Yall honestly impressed me and Ill be coming back again!!!

BAS is the BEST in McKinney. I am not only welcomed when I walk in the door, I am KNOWN! Service was efficient & professional. Car just needed an inspection. But an old neighbor walked in door as I was waiting. What a surprise but so GREAT to visit! This proves it's a neighborhood business and I do my part to support local McKinney businesses! I just referred Burdick's to a current neighbor looking for a new garage. Yeah!

Ultra professional and communicative. The best repair experience I’ve had. Specifically, I had an electrical issue on my Infiniti Q50 and it was a very tough diagnosis. Even the Infiniti dealership got it wrong and cost me and unreasonable amount of money and didn’t even fix the issue. Cameron helped me throughout the process and communicated every step of the way. Ultimately decided not to have the repair done because it was too costly. They were still overly helpful and understanding. They have a very skilled and experienced crew.
