This is, unfortunately, the second time I’ve used Burdick in 2 months( different cars). Both times the men were so nice, explaining everything to me that was wrong. My cars were both fixed in a timely manner. I didn’t feel I was being talked into doing more than was necessary. I will definitely use this place again- though I hope I don’t have to!

This place is phenomenal. Started coming here a few months ago. They did the full service of our Sprinter Van for 70% less than what the Benz dealership wanted to charge me. Excellent work and excellent customer service. I will be a lifelong customer.

I made my first visit to Burdick Automotive Solutions today with my 2020 Ford Explorer Limited. It wont be my last visit . My need was just an oil change but I had become jaded with the unnamed local Ford dealership and the Quick Oil Change places trying to upsell me. Also, since my Explorer is going on 6 years old, Ive only owned it less than 2 years, I wanted a full service shop that I could hopefully trust to extend the life of Nora my Explorer. This was a low mileage replacement for my original Explorer that had been rear ended and totaled. To cut to the chase, Im really impressed with the Burdick team. Jimmy, the service advisor, was great explaining what all had been looked over. No upselling. And the oil change was a bit less expensive than shops that make their bread and butter doing those. Im happy Ive found a shop I feel I can depend on to shoot straight.

Matthew helped me out and he was great! Very fast, diligent, and honest. He greeted me as soon as I pulled in and made me feel like a top priority. Will definitely be back to have him help out with any other problems that may arise!
