Burdick will be my auto repair shop from now on . They are professional very reasonable and so accommodating. I am so pleased a friend recommended them . My car was repaired and I could understand my bill .

Highly recommend!! I had taken my vehicle to 2 different local repair shops in McKinney and neither diagnosed the issue I was having accurately. Burdicks tech was thorough on the inspection and my vehicle is repaired and I now feel safe driving. All the team members I talked with were professional, detailed and extremely pleasant. I was at a loss when I arrived at their shop and now greatly relieved and happily driving safely! Many thanks to an outstanding team!!

Previous visits have led me to trust that you would be the one to pick for this major refurbishment of my Honda Pilot.The courtesy drop-off and pick-up service is key for me also. I appreciated the last minute discovery of something you could't have known upfront. When it was explained I felt I was glad to know and have it taken care of . It increased my confidence that this vehicle will be reliable into the future. Another important part is that everyone that I interacted with was a pleasure to talk to and represented your company well.

We found Burdick Auto on Next Door. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Everyone was pleasant to deal with. They kept us informed from start to finish. The link that was sent to approve or decline services didnt work. Its a great idea though. They are working out the kinks. I appreciate that the business is fenced and locked after hours! The business is very clean for being an automotive repair place. Ill be honest, they told me I needed the cabin air filter replaced. I checked my current oil change receipt from somewhere else to make sure it had not been recently changed. It had not. So they were honest about that! Burdick Auto will be our Go-to from now on. Thanks to the staff and car tech(s) that took care of my car!
