Awesome service once again. We brought our 2017 Expedition in for A/C repair and had diagnosis, approval and repairs completed within a day (core and condenser replacement). They did an overall vehicle inspection and gave us a list of items that will need to be done, and we selected what we absolutely needed at the time, knowing we’ll bring it back soon for the remainder of the work to be completed. Very fair pricing and friendly staff who get to know you. Luis is our service advisor and we enjoy working with him for all our vehicles.

Went in for an inspection and they were able to get in and out in no time appreciate their seevice.

This is, unfortunately, the second time I’ve used Burdick in 2 months( different cars). Both times the men were so nice, explaining everything to me that was wrong. My cars were both fixed in a timely manner. I didn’t feel I was being talked into doing more than was necessary. I will definitely use this place again- though I hope I don’t have to!
