This was my fourth visit to Burdick‘s automotive and I would not go anywhere else. They are incredibly upfront and honest about what needs to be done to your vehicle. They will prioritize it knowing that not everyone can afford to pay a large bill all at once. The online reservation system is excellent and they always get me right in at the exact time I schedule. They also communicate via Text to let you know the progress of repairs.

Took my vehicle to another mechanic, was quoted over 2k in work but had a bad feeling like I was being taken... took to Burdick and they confirmed the 2k of work was not required. The work that was done went well and was reasonably priced. Highly recommend

Burdick's is one of those great companies that defies the norm in so many positive ways. Their consistent integrity and quality of service are rare things in the car repair field. I am repeatedly impressed by the fact that they do not try to do work that is not needed. I can count on an honest appraisal of what repairs and preventative maintenance are required, nothing more. They truly apply the 'Golden Rule' of treating customers as they would want to be treated. I've been a loyal customer for many years, from the time when they were located on Lamar across from the McKinney Public Library.

Once again, Burdick has saved the day. They go above and beyond every single time. Great customer service, very clear explanations, and quick repairs. They also have a new texting system where they send you a quote and explanation of your needed repairs. I loved this feature as it made it much easier to discuss repairs with my husband before giving Burdick the go ahead on everything. I trust Burdick completely and appreciate the professionalism, friendliness and honesty of all of their employees!
