I had an emergency battery issue and decided to ty my luck with you guys instead of going to Auto Zone or someplace like that. I feel more comfortable dealing with you guys. Rebecca helped me get a tow truck within literally like 10-15 minutes. Jimmy kept me informed on the progress throughout and I had my van back in just a day at a very reasonable price.

My starter died at a most inopertune time. My cars don;t break down at home. I had to have it towed to Burdick's. I called just a few hours before it arrived and they got me right in. In fact the tow truck put it right in the bay. They got me back on the road in time to save a day of appointments. I really appreciated it. Thank you Rebecca and staff at Burdick Auto Solutons!
