My Buick dealership screwed me. They installed a defective alternator with the result that the voltage light was always on but they blamed that on the ECM. I took my problem to Burdick who diagnosed and and then replaced the crappy alternator with one that worked (resolving the voltage light problem which was never in the ECM as Buick dealership had said. Burdick only charged $421 for an alternator replacement while Buick had charged $750. Burdick provides friendly drop off and delivery of car owner (i.e they will take you home when you drop off your car and come pick you up when the car is ready). Extremely handy if you are only one person with one car and 70 years young.

Wonderful customer service. It was my first visit but surely won't be the last. A sense of trust and honesty from the first discussion of what was wrong with my vehicle. SO pleased. Great prices too.
