I love the app used to review each option and decide whether to accept or decline. Very easy to use! They immediately called when they discovered a change in the repair to discuss details/costs and obtain approval to forward. They will not push you to have work done, but will explain very clearly the pros and cons of not having something fixed. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of work they provide, and they are proactive in finding ways to save the customer money.
