Burdick Auto Solutions is great. I feel like I get an honest assessment every time I bring a car in ... never scammed. They are friendly and thorough. I take all three cars there. There is only tiny issue I had one time. They waited to tell me about one small issue in person instead of over the phone. If they told me over the phone I would have had them diagnose/fix it. After learning of the issue, I already had plans and could not leave the car again.

I have been going to Burdick Auto Solutions for years. The staff at the front desk have always been courteous and helpful. I am offered options when they are available and have never felt pressured into fixing a "phantom" problem. Most importantly when work is completed a problem doesn't persist or a new problem arise shortly thereafter. I have been to many mechanics prior to Burdick that have given me an unsettled feeling, a padded bill, and a less then reliable solution. We are at the mercy of those we rely upon. I have not been given a reason to lose trust in Burdick and their staff. Keep up the integrity, it is in short supply and high demand!
