Quick and time efficient, able to locate the problem and to solve it quick. Definitely returning to this shop for repeat business.

Great front desk service. Sincere and honest. Price was what I expected. Same day service. They care about diagnosing the issue correctly so they can prescribe the right fix. Was offered a courtesy ride. Oh, and if you have to stay and wait on your repairs and want to eat a great lunch, I recommend Hutchins BBQ.

Excellent service. My son broke the lower control arm on his vehicle and we tried to replace it ourselves, it was a job to big for us. Burdick looked at the vehicle and suggested a crash car kit, where we would replace the entire assemble to guard against any future issues. I agreed to use the crash car kit. Once they had the assembly pulled apart, they came to the conclusion the parts on the the car were in good condition. We did not need the crash car kit and used the lower control arm I initially purchased saving me money. I have taken 3 different vehicles to this shop and they always fix what is agreed upon with no additional surprise costs. I trust these mechanics and will continue to only use them for car repairs.
