Burdick's isn't the cheapest option for a given repair, but what I so very much value from them is that they are very honest, trustworthy, they over-communicate (in a good way) and I never have any surprises with them. In fact, they give me ample warning on what I should have coming up in the next visit so I can properly prepare my budget and my time. So while it may cost be more for any given service, at least I know it's money well spent, that they're not up-selling me, nor do they perform any unnecessary maintenance. In the end I feel like I'm saving more money over the long haul and my cars have been running great. Plus they regularly go above and beyond. In short, they treat you like a good friend. I highly recommend Burdick's. It's worth the drive.

I always know that when I drop off my vehicle it will have what needs to be done, done and done correctly. Many times I have even been notified there was something else potentially wrong and whether or not it was something that could wait or something that needed to be done. I am always provided with a pretty spot on estimate of cost and there is nothing ever "slid under the radar". The entire staff is great to work with.

Delivered as promised

I've been a loyal customer of Burdick Auto Solutions for several years now but only with a newer model car. I decided to give them a shot at my not-so-newer model '95 Bronco. It's not easy to find quality service on older vehicles as most technicians out there are proficient on the latest automotive technologies (the lion's share of their business of course) but not so much on the vintage stuff. I could not possibly have asked for more efficient, knowledgeable, courteous service. My previous experiences have been the same so I shouldn't be surprised. Just excellent start to finish. As a matter of fact, Burdick was successful in trouble shooting and resolving a couple of issues I have pursued for a couple of years without success. If you want excellent service, valuable advise, and honest pricing get off the dealership train and give Burdick a chance. You will be glad you did.
