Your customer interaction employees are top notch. The are polite, diplomatic, competent, patient, honest and straight forward. The discussions of each of the recommendations helps me to make good and reasonable decisions about whether to do the maintenance now or perhaps wait. The greatest concern a customer/buyer of car maintenance has is being manipulated. I have never ever felt manipulated by any of your contact people over years and years and probably dozens of vehicles. Four or five other family members too. Jimmie Walker is the Dean, but Adam and frankly every one I've dealt with has been a "class act". Your maintenance is great too, but keep the great customer interaction.
