made appointment on line --upon recommendation from a friend. received a reply within hours that my time was secured. went in expecting to wait--but my car was put in a bay as scheduled--and I was given a report within 30 min. that the problem had two solutions--order a part and come back - or allow a repair (knowing that if it didn't fix the problem-I could call to order the part and come in to have it installed quickly). I'm still up and running! Appreciate the personal courtesy as well as professional attention paid to my vehicle. Thank you, Burdicks.

We have taken our cars here for years and they always repair our vehicles quickly and try to find the best deal on parts. They also offer advice and go out of their way to serve when I have a complaint.

I just can't say enough about these guys, but I will try. I created this Google+ account just so I could write this review and tell you just how GREAT these guys have been to me. If you are not taking your vehicle here, you are taking it to the wrong place. I even have them do my vehicles warranty work and file the appropriate paperwork with the OEM for reimbursement!

Jimmy was great to talk me through what he thought was the problem on the phone. He was very kind and patient. I also appreciated that I was able to receive a ride home. Great service is why we will always come back to Burdick Auto Solutions.
