I always know that when I drop off my vehicle it will have what needs to be done, done and done correctly. Many times I have even been notified there was something else potentially wrong and whether or not it was something that could wait or something that needed to be done. I am always provided with a pretty spot on estimate of cost and there is nothing ever "slid under the radar". The entire staff is great to work with.

Delivered as promised

I've been a loyal customer of Burdick Auto Solutions for several years now but only with a newer model car. I decided to give them a shot at my not-so-newer model '95 Bronco. It's not easy to find quality service on older vehicles as most technicians out there are proficient on the latest automotive technologies (the lion's share of their business of course) but not so much on the vintage stuff. I could not possibly have asked for more efficient, knowledgeable, courteous service. My previous experiences have been the same so I shouldn't be surprised. Just excellent start to finish. As a matter of fact, Burdick was successful in trouble shooting and resolving a couple of issues I have pursued for a couple of years without success. If you want excellent service, valuable advise, and honest pricing get off the dealership train and give Burdick a chance. You will be glad you did.

This is the second time in the last couple of months I have been to Burdick. They fixed sensors on both our Lincoln and Honda that needed it to pass inspections. They were quick with their quote response and Rebekah was polite and professional when I called back with a few questions. Their quote was the best price out of the 5 shops that I called and they did not raise it once I got in there. As a matter of fact, the final price was a little less than their quote on my Honda. The shop is clean and looks very well organised. All the employees are very nice and have a very respectable appearance. One repair was going to take a little longer so they even dropped me off at a local cafe and then picked me up when it was done. Overall this is the best experience in dealing with an auto repair shop that I have ever had in the nearly 30 years that I have owned vehicles.
