I typically work on my own vehicle. My last major repair on my own was a mustang intake gasket. The last maintenance repairs were 3 complete brake jobs. I believe that by repairing my own vehicles I will be sure it is done correct and all the parts fluids etc will make it to the correct spot. I do have a backup plan on jobs that I feel I cannot or concerned that it is over my head. Burdick gets these jobs because they always get the car repaired and put together the way I would myself. You can get your car repaired at any repair shop but over the last 6 plus years Burdick has been my choice. On a side note I tried to help a friend by taking my truck to his buddy for a intake gasket, I got returned with a bolt pounded into the head on cylnder number 7. Burdick helped me so I wouldnt have to replace the engine at the time. That was 4 years and 40,000 miles ago. It still has a little tick on start up but I havent spent a dime on her since. The other repair guy was gone from his shop after giving it back and telling me the noise should go away in a couple weeks.

As always I was greeted with a smile and Rebecca reviewed what service was scheduled to be done. BTW, Rebecca is a real asset to your staff. I was given an estimate of the cost of the service. The owner drove me home. Thanks Earl, much appreciated. I was called as soon as my car was ready to be picked up. Quality work, greatly appreciated.

Best in town hands down! They always know how to take care of their customers. To find a mechanic like Burdick's is rare these days, they offer very fair and reasonable prices, and they'll always go the extra mile to ensure you can too! I used to live in McKinney about 5 minutes away from Burdick's, however I now live about 30 minutes away and the thought of going to any of the 100 or so mechanics in between my house to Burdick's doesn't even cross my mind. I will be a customer of Burdick's for as long as I live in the Dallas Fort-Worth area.
