Not very often do you take your car in for a break job and get a call informing you that your brakes are 70% still intact and that I didn't need a brake job yet and they'd feel bad taking my money for a repair job that I didn't need yet. They also did the research to inform me of the occasional "odd sounds" reported on similar cars. I give them a 10! Btw, I did take my old truck in for a repair following this incident and they did the repair on a timely basis and charged a fair price. What more could you want in a reliable, dependable car repair shop? My thanks to Thomasson Tires for their referral to Burdick Auto Solutions - they are a 1st class tire shop in McKinney.

We've been taking our cars to Earl and his team for over 10 years. They have always treated us right. Always honest (sometimes to a fault), always willing to help work out what needs to be done (as opposed to what all could be done) and never, ever try to upsell services that are not really needed. I wouldn't (and don't) take any of our cars anywhere else.

I had had my vehicle serviced a few months ago. That work was fairly extensive and all done in one day. The work included replacing the lower ball joints on both sides and as part of that process the front end was re-aligned. Just a few months and only a few 1000 miles later I discovered excessive movement in the drivers side front tire while performing my own routine maintenance. The movement was due to excessive play in the inner tie rod end on that side. This wear would not have happened over such a short period of time and miles driven since my last visit, so I was surprised that this had not been caught when the previous work was done. When I mentioned this they agreed with me. After replacing the worn part, they re-aligned the front end at NO CHARGE.
