Great team they have at Burdick. They were able to properly diagnose a steering issue that had been missed by several other mechanics. I feel like this shop actually takes the time to do quality work and cares about my vehicle and my business. This an honest shop with high integrity. I suspected a leaking water pump. After substantial testing no leak was found. This was a fine opportunity to do significant expensive but unnecessary repairs. Instead my truck was returned with a clean bill of health. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else.

First time using them and had a great experience with oil change and emissions test. I made an appt and they got me in and out in an hour and a half. Great customer service!
