Burdick Auto Solutions did awesome work and customer service. I wanted them to look at drivers window auto up not working and an oil change. They found a simple programing problem, corrected it and I wasn’t charged the diagnostic charge. I became a Burdick’s regular customer. I was going to the GMC dealer before and they told me I’d have to leave my truck for three days.

These guys do an incredible job. I’ve had work done with them two times now And from now on, they will be my only shop if There’s a Problem with a car. I ran in into some shady mechanics And people trying to fix things that didn’t actually need to be fixed just to increase their bottom line. This is not them. These guys have the upmost integrity And best customer service. I was helped out by Cameron and One of their mechanics They were both amazing. Gave me clear communication and updates on what was going on with my car. Always followed up and called me back at a timely manner. Great people to work with best shop in the McKinney area

I called, panicked because my time frame to fix was short. Nothing rattled this team. They welcomed me at 8am next day! Diagnosed quickly. Offered Plan A fix & if that doesn't work, we can do Plan B! Plan A was the least expensive option. Love this team & truly appreciate their heart to serve the McKinney community & beyond. Have been customer since 2009. They have been keeping my cars road worthy & safe for years. Costs aren't going down. But, a one time repair is better than a car payment any day!

I was very satisfied with the repairs made to my car at Burdick Auto Solutions. I had a list of maintenance that needed to be done, I dropped my car off in the morning and it was completed the same day. They were able to give me a lift to and from their store, the pricing was fair and the men at the desk were very informative and provided options. My family has used Burdicks in the past and have been satisfied with the quality of workmanship.

The folks at Burdick Auto were great to work with. Had a pre-purchase inspection scheduled for 10am and had to move it to 1pm and they were more than willing to work with me to get it completed that day. The inspection was very thorough and they covered way more than I expected. Used that information to negotiate a better price on my vehicle purchase. That inspection literally saved me thousands on the car I bought. Well worth the cost of the inspection. Can’t say enough good things about these guys. Very honest and thorough, what more can you ask from a mechanic.
