I’ve found Burdick Auto Solutions to be consistently professional, communicative, and fairly priced. The guys are always kind. I like how my estimate of charges is sent to me in advance of work being done so I can review it and ask questions before approving it. Vehicle repairs is never inexpensive but I feel like Burdick doesn’t look for reasons to do more work or try to up-sell me on repairs that aren’t necessary.

Can’t find more competent, skilled mechanics nor friendly, helpful office help than Burdick’s in McKinney. A plus is their newly renovated front office waiting area where one checks in.
