I highly recommend the good people at Burdick Auto. I refuse to take my vehicles to dealers unless absolutely necessary because I don't trust them. Completely opposite at Burdick Auto as I value their diagnosis and they do quality work and are always a pleasure to deal with. Huxley, Jimmy, and everyone else at Burdick are friendly, honest, helpful, and genuine. It is refreshing to take my car to a mechanic who will keep me on the road at a fair price and has my best interest at heart.

Everyone was great. Called for an inspection for a registration renewal. Done in about 30 minutes from the phone call and had to drive about 10-12 minutes to get there.

My wife and I were on the way to her doctor’s appointment in Plano. I hit an object in the road and it dislodged the plastic shield underneath our car. I looked for an auto repair shop as we were driving through McKinney and came upon this shop. They reattached the shield and had us back on the road within 15 minutes. The employees were professional and friendly. The shop was very organized. So thankful that we stopped here.

Was referred to these guys from my brother, who runs an auto shop in Phoenix Arizona. He was always telling me I needed to stop going to the dealer because they charged way too much and didn’t get the personalized service that I deserve. They complete the work in a timely manner, and as a bonus provide me with a loaner car free of charge so there is no interruption or inconvenience to my life.
