Your customer interaction employees are top notch. The are polite, diplomatic, competent, patient, honest and straight forward. The discussions of each of the recommendations helps me to make good and reasonable decisions about whether to do the maintenance now or perhaps wait. The greatest concern a customer/buyer of car maintenance has is being manipulated. I have never ever felt manipulated by any of your contact people over years and years and probably dozens of vehicles. Four or five other family members too. Jimmie Walker is the Dean, but Adam and frankly every one I've dealt with has been a "class act". Your maintenance is great too, but keep the great customer interaction.

Went in for a pre-purchase inspection for a used car. I was impressed to see that, even with their busy schedules, I was still able to get an appointment in. The inspection was so thorough, a few things were caught before any issues could begin. Even have an additional courtesy inspection thrown in! Definitely saved me money in the future. Everything is much appreciated, and I look forward for any future business with you guys!

I have been using Burdick for almost two decades. They are great. They call with a quote and explain everything. They even can send texts with pictures now. They never have done a repair without my go ahead so I know exactly what to expect when I pick up my vehicle.
