I went in to get my brake pads replaced because my brakes were squeaking. They told me it would be an all day fix, so I made an appointment for the next day at 8am. I drop my car off at 8am the next day and after calling at 2:30pm, they told me it was ready. I was told it didn’t need new brake pads, just new brake fluid. As I’m driving my car home, my brakes are still squeaking and it feels like nothing was done, even though they charged me $180 for the “work” they did. I told some friends and family about what happened and found they have had similar experiences with Burdick. Save yourself the headache and regret and take your business somewhere else!
