I always have trusted Burdick Auto Solutions even as I have moved from McKinney 5 years ago to Little Elm I continue to drive the distance to take my car there. As a single mom, the honesty pays off. This recent time, I got a call a day after I picked up my car saying I needed to bring it back because they forgot to put on a part I had already paid for. I wonder if that had ever happened before at any other places I had been in the past I had not known about. It might had been inconvenient, been I appreciate the honesty much more. Mistakes happen all the time with everyone. but this is the the first time I had been aware of a mistake Burdick Auto Solution made that they were honest and let me know of. I'm glad they did. Burdick is great! They got to my car quickly and the communication via text was super convenient. I was able to pick the options I wanted fix and see the cost breakdown, which is very helpful. Will use them again.

Great service. I took my daughter’s car for inspection. Unfortunately, the inspection machine broke down while I waited. They could not complete the inspection. I then received a call when it was back up. Ran her car over and it was done within 15 minutes! Excellent service!!
