I always have trusted Burdick Auto Solutions even as I have moved from McKinney 5 years ago to Little Elm I continue to drive the distance to take my car there. As a single mom, the honesty pays off. This recent time, I got a call a day after I picked up my car saying I needed to bring it back because they forgot to put on a part I had already paid for. I wonder if that had ever happened before at any other places I had been in the past I had not known about. It might had been inconvenient, been I appreciate the honesty much more. Great service. I took my daughter’s car for inspection. Unfortunately, the inspection machine broke down while I waited. They could not complete the inspection. I then received a call when it was back up. Ran her car over and it was done within 15 minutes! Excellent service!!
