I lost a tail light cover on my move to Dallas when a truck in front of me dropped a large stone slab I ran over while driving across the country. I could not wait for a garage en route to order and install a new one so I ordered the part for my outdated Model Van online to be there when I arrived in TX. Realizing too late that I would of course run into trouble trying to find someone to install a part purchased elsewhere. Burdick was the first place I called and they expectedly said they could not help, but when I explained the circumstances they offered for me to stop by so they could at least look at it and see if they could point me in the right direction to someone else who might install it. I went the next morning and they were the nicest people. Not only did they end up installing the cover, they would not even charge me for it saying it was a small thing. Mind blown. This made my first day as a new Texas resident, took a load off all the moving to do things on my list, and I will surely go back for any work my van will need in the future.
