The story is way too long and complicated to recount, but I am beyond pleased with the persistence and hard work of the team at Burdick. Even when the problem seemed impossible to solve, they never gave up, and after 3.5 months I have my car back, good as new. They were kind and respectful through the whole process, and even let me borrow a vehicle for the majority of the time, which was a lifesaver. All of my interactions with every team member were fantastic, and I cannot recommend them enough. The final bill was beyond reasonable, and I am so grateful. Special shout-out to Adam, the real MVP.

I had them run some diagnostics on my truck to try to determine why the AC was acting up. They were professional and communicated every step of the way. They also were able to take care of my oil change, inspection, tire rotation as a fair price. Will definitely being using them all of my vehicle needs going forward.
