I had a Challenge, the rock guard fell off the bottom of my car on the freeway just inside of McKinney going North. I initially called to see if I could get in, and, and then called back to get a referral for a local tow truck. Farmer farmers was going to send me one from an hour and a 1/2 away, which would put it outside of the outside of the time framed that the shop was open. The referred tow truck came quickly, to Emma took me over to Burdick auto solutions and the mechanic had me in-and-out in just a few minutes. They were extremely professional, and highly accommodating considering it was 430 on Friday afternoon that I got my car in. I highly recommend Burdick Auto Solutions! If I lived in McKinney, this would be my go to place. Professional, accommodating on a on a late Friday afternoon for an emergency, and very reasonable.
