Burdick is very profession and they operate with integrity. They don’t push for extra services and they communicate in a way that someone who isn’t a car expert can understand.

I brought my car in to get my ac fixed and they did a great job and I got my car back the same day. They also provided door to door drop off service at no charge. Peter was very kind and patiently explained how ac works and what was wrong with my system. He deserves a shirt with his name on it 😻IMHO👏

When I take my car to Burdick, I know they'll get the job done right. I do a lot of my auto repairs myself, but sometimes I need to call in the pros. The folks at Burdick figured out what was causing a strange noise on heavy braking (I already knew it wasn't the brakes themselves), and they got me fixed up. They replaced a couple bushings and a sway bar end link, and my 2003 Acura is happy again. Their skilled troubleshooting and honest practices prevented me from unnecessarily throwing a bunch of other parts at this problem. Just as important, everyone I interacted with at Burdick is friendly, helpful, and seems genuinely happy to be there. Thanks!
