This was my first time receiving service from Burdick Auto Solutions. Had an AC issue on my Tacoma. What struck me about my initial conversation with the service advisor was how thorough he was with the actions they were taking to assess the issue. The details with follow up communication was also very good. They provided me with a comprehensive list of items to address so although I declined some of the services , I at least have a plan to eventually address each one. Price was fair as I had another estimate in hand and not nearly as thorough as Burdick’s. They have earned my trust and business going forward.

Burdick’s always does excellent work! Took my truck in for rear suspension noises. They diagnosed the problem, got the repairs done and had me back on the road quickly. The best part was they didn’t try to upsell me work that didn’t really need to be done. Will always go to Burdick’s for all my auto repair needs.

Didn't want to spend as much as I did but they got my F150 in tip top shape and did what was needed. Very nice people and followed up.
