I received the referral from a friend and it turned out to be a great experience. My daughter drives a 2014 Ford F 150 and it has been a great truck, however it is a 2014 and with that being said, we are obviously facing more and more maintenance requirements because of the age of the truck. Burdick’s was thorough and did not nickel and dime us! They were quick to diagnose the problem and very honest about the work that should be done immediately and the work that we could hold off on. It was very refreshing to receive the customer service that is lacking in so many businesses today and for that I will continue to use them for all future repairs and services and I will recommend their services to all of my family and friends. When I judge an auto shop there are three criteria. Are they clean, honest and organized. Yes to all three here. A bit off the beaten path in McKinney, but worth going to.
