My daughter's car broke down just a month after she had a baby and because she was WFH, she decided to not deal with it immediately. In the interim, her inspection sticker expired and her apt Mgmnt comp had it towed. We picked Burdick because they were close to where it was towed, and it turns out that we have found the our forever auto repair business. They were very helpful, detailed, patient, and professional. Never have I felt like I could trust a mechanic business before, until now! Austin, kept me updated on everything that was going on, what they found and was honest about if it was an urgent fix. They even did the inspection and made sure to run it so the computer would sync up, keeping it for additional days at no extra cost. I found some greatly appreciated HONESTY at Burdick Auto Solutions. I had just purchased a new set of tires for my 2013 F250 and took the truck in for an alignment. About 3 hours after dropping the truck off I get a phone call from Burdick's notifying me that my truck is ready and the cost is only $59. 95 + tax. Now I was told that an alignment for my truck would cost $125.00. But because the truck was not out of alignment and within manufacturers specs I was only being charged for an Alignment Check! They very well could have charged me for a full alignment. I would probably never have known the difference. Thank you Burdick Auto Solutions for your honesty! Burdick is now my go to for truck repairs. I can't tell you how many people I've shared that story with!
