I got a referral from Leader auto in Anna to take care of my truck due to a locked up caliper. they were able to get me in right away look at the problem and fix it as well as give me recommendations on other services needed. They were very thorough and friendly

Excellent services always! We went into get a road trip check and I let them know that I really needed the brakes checked because we had a terrible experience at another place where they weren’t checked and we ended up having to get thousands of dollars of brake stuff replaced. They’re always great, love them!

I'll try to make this great review short...my EcoBoost F150 turbos have been cutting out and I took it to Burdick's and they spent approximately two hours (or more) trying to find the cause. There is no dash light coming on nor does it register when they read the diagnostics. They didn't charge me for any of the work, which I find to be amazing. The next time my turbos cut out I'll just take it to Burdick's while it's doing it and they've assured me they will drop what they're doing and figure out what the problem is. Good people.

Great experience & an awesome staff. Dropped my truck off, mid-morning, & received the diagnosis along with recommendations, by the end of the day. I love their automated messaging system that gives the recommendations, along with price, & you can either accept or decline the repairs. They are a great local business & I will definitely use them again!
