My needed repair was not a normal problem and was afraid it wouldn’t be possible to fix. Thanks to Burdick Auto Solutions' team for brainstorming all possible ways to accomplish the repair. Very happy with their repair and customer service.

I found some greatly appreciated HONESTY at Burdick Auto Solutions. I had just purchased a new set of tires for my 2013 F250 and took the truck in for an alignment. About 3 hours after dropping the truck off I get a phone call from Burdick's notifying me that my truck is ready and the cost is only $59. 95 + tax. Now I was told that an alignment for my truck would cost $125.00. But because the truck was not out of alignment and within manufacturers specs I was only being charged for an Alignment Check! They very well could have charged me for a full alignment. I would probably never have known the difference. Thank you Burdick Auto Solutions for your honesty! Burdick is now my go to for truck repairs. I can't tell you how many people I've shared that story with!
