Excellent service. Repair estimates and completion date always right on. Burdick's made repairs that my old repair shop wouldn't look at bc they probably knew what it was and didn't want to do the job. As a widow I feel lucky that I found a repair shop that I can trust.
Since I am big on communication I value the transparent and updated communication by text or phone. Even though it took longer than expected the reasoning made sense and the price did not change. Burdick will always be my first choice.
