My first experience with Burdick Auto, and it was a good one. I had several things that needed tuning up on my 2008 Toyota and Burdick did a really good job explaining what needed done and WHY, which I think is very helpful. They also had on their door they will drive you back home (I had a ride from family) but I do think that is very helpful as well. There was a delay in getting my parts in, so the time in the shop was two days longer than estimate. However, I was getting constant updates and I truly think the world is having global shipping delays so this is no slight on Burdick. They were in communication with me about what was happening and why even down to my car parts arriving. The pricing was extremely fair, mechanics were professional and fast. I would use this shop again and recommend to my family + friends.
