I was referred here and had a great experience. As a female, auto shops can be hard to deal with but that was not the case with Burdick. They were so kind, professional, honest, and treated me with respect. My car was fixed with speed and efficiency and I could not be more grateful for the wonderful service.

I recommend this shop for your auto care needs. They were recommended to me by Thomason Tire who I fully trust so I knew I would be in good hands and I was not disappointed. The shuttle to my house while my car was in the shop was an added bonus. Burdick Auto Solutions has me for a new customer.

Very friendly and honest people

Every person at Burdick was a genuinely nice individual. The environment there made you feel like you were in a neighborhood that you grew up with which created trust in their work performed. Regarding their work performance: I have a 2016 BMW 328i GT. Their certified technicians did not charge absurd prices. Their prices were a fraction of others with a higher level of quality and customer service. I had an emission check, oil change, brake pad and rotor replacement, and tuneup. My car is purring and I’m confident that when I drive for another business trip, my car will take care of me just as Burdick took care of my car. All I all, I’ll NEVER go to another place for service. Thank you for making this somewhat scary experience comfortable and empowering. (Btw, I’m a 40 yo female, mother, wife, and businesswoman)
