Always great service! Burdick Auto Solutions has kept my assorted vehicles on the road for over 15 years.

I've been taking our cars to Burdick's for several years and they have always done a great job. Recently took my car in for a trip check and they found a couple of problems that were quickly solved.

I really trust these guys. For whatever reason, my car stopped acting up when I brought it in. The guys kept it for a day for observation and didn't find anything. They also didn't charge me to tell me they didn't find anything like most places might have. This will definitely be my place for auto care.

Every time I’ve taken a vehicle to them they have got it done in the time frame putty much what I expected. The communication was what you would expect nothing more nothing less. However the few times I thought of something or wondered how it was going there was a well above average communication. Calling up every time I got right in contact with the service handler that was in charge of my auto. What was way beyond normal was there has been a couple of times I’ve had to take a vehicle back because something didn’t feel right or something wasn’t working right. I’ve had them do a ton of work for me so it’s kinda expected when you have mechanical work done there’s going to be things that just don’t jive. They more than bent over backwards to get it taken care of. A couple of the issue were there fast and they don’t hesitate to correct it.
