Every time I’ve taken a vehicle to them they have got it done in the time frame putty much what I expected. The communication was what you would expect nothing more nothing less. However the few times I thought of something or wondered how it was going there was a well above average communication. Calling up every time I got right in contact with the service handler that was in charge of my auto. What was way beyond normal was there has been a couple of times I’ve had to take a vehicle back because something didn’t feel right or something wasn’t working right. I’ve had them do a ton of work for me so it’s kinda expected when you have mechanical work done there’s going to be things that just don’t jive. They more than bent over backwards to get it taken care of. A couple of the issue were there fast and they don’t hesitate to correct it.

BOY HOWDY. What fabulous people. Incredible speed, honesty, quality and patience. I let Randy know I NEEDED it as soon as possible because my new job expected me back Tuesday. (Our conversation was on Friday) He delivered, with icing on the cake. Quoted to have it to me by closing, he had it to me by 3. Even with me calling twice. He didn't even seem annoyed with the calls, just knew I was in a pickle. Nobody treated me with anything but respect and seemed to even appreciate my questions. Now I know why all the family in Texas goes nowhere but here. Thank you guys for saving my bacon, and ham.
