They allowed me to leave their shop with no oil on the dipstick. Owner never called me back to talk about the situation. Not happy at all.
Hi Bill, thank you for your review and it was good talking to you about it. I know we recommended an oil change but that doesn't matter. We always want to get better and as we mentioned in our conversation, we took immediate steps to prevent this from ever happening again by creating specific processes and policies for all our team. We then had a company meeting where these were announced and everyone was trained. We had some internal miscommunication when your vehicle was here, but we're taking measures to prevent this in the future.
